sooo I'm working on a body of work...

the name Light rail comes from the light rail project that is currently in some stage of being built in Norfolk out to Virginia Beach... this area is a weird place because it is a big urban area without a lot of identity or culture or connections...As this "region" continues to evolve ...I am also looking for these things
